Hardware

The template of the I2Brick PCB was designed in Egle software. It contains I2C ports on its left and right and an optional analogue port on the bottom (electric scheme to the right, PCB diagram below left). The g-code for the cnc router was created with a gcode-pcb plugin for the Eagle and the PCB was made with a miniature 1610 cnc router with GBRL firmware and a Universal Gcode Sender (picture below right)

Eagle files:
I2brick.sch - Scheme
I2brick.brd - PCB board

The plastic enclosure was designed in TinkerCAD and the STL file (picture to the right) was sliced using Slic3r and printed using a chinese clone of the Prusa i3(picture below left).

STL files for enclosure:
I2Brick ARD.stl - for the ARD brick.
I2Brick OLD.stl - for the OLD brick.
I2Brick ADC.stl - for the ADC and DAC brick.

The plastic enclosure is attached to the PCB with glue. Magnetic tape is attached to the back of the I2Bricks so that they can be easily assembled on any magnetic board. A complete assembly of the ARD I2Brick is presented below right.
